Who is Budo-Sport?

We are a small team that works with enthusiasm every day to provide our customers, partners, and friends with the best martial arts equipment. We don't shy away from going the extra mile to offer the best possible service. Since we are not an anonymous corporation, we value personal contact in our showroom, at tournaments, or via phone and email.

Our customers don't just buy products from us; they buy essential training equipment and companions on their martial arts journey.

We are very proud to serve several hundred clubs, dojos, gyms, and martial arts businesses in Switzerland, as well as equipping two national teams and several professional athletes.

As a partner of various associations, we strive to support them to the best of our ability and, through close collaboration, to further develop martial arts in Switzerland.

High-quality embroidery transforms your suit or belt into a distinctive and unique garment. Depending on the product, bags or other items can also be embroidered.

Oppression

  • The printing method is chosen depending on the fabric and quantity. Transfer printing is usually used. Embroidery is possible for many products.

Parcel Shipping

We work with Swiss Post. Orders received by 1 p.m. are shipped the same day via PostPac Priority and arrive the following business day.

We charge a flat delivery fee of CHF 9.00 per delivery. Orders over CHF 100.00 are delivered free of charge. Clubs, schools, resellers, and athletes/officials eligible for discounts receive free delivery on net orders over CHF 500.00.

Items longer than 100 cm must be shipped as bulky goods (flat rate CHF 29.00). Items weighing over 30 kg can only be transported by a freight forwarder (see information below).

Very large products or items weighing over 30 kg are transported by freight carrier. In this case, the transport costs charged are CHF 89.00.

prepayment

You pay for the order using the account information you receive by email. Shipping will take place after payment has been received. If the prepayment has not been credited to our account within 10 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

The invoice

For orders paid by invoice, you will receive an invoice with a payment term of 30 days.
This payment method is available to associations and companies after prior review and approval by us.

Returns


If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving the package.
The following products are excluded from exchange: mouthguards, books, individually printed or embroidered items, as well as special offers on clearance items and discontinued models at discounted prices.

Packing your items:

Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Please include the delivery note(or a copy thereof) in the package. Please indicate on the delivery note whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Please return clothing folded as you received it. Please ensure that you do not try on items when you are sweaty (i.e., try them on before, not after, your workout!).

Exchange or refund: We will promptly send

you a different size or item free of charge.

If you prefer a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, TWINT). Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
